We filmed a video about that video and what they were leaving out defensively …that rnc grip is not the answer against the turned in shoulder …it is only an answer if the arm is caught up like that …it is actually relatively easy to keep the elbow close to your body and that option balances out that transition pretty nicely

Everything can work and obviously that works but the point was to point out also that defence and then let the sport play itself out
